Returns Policy

You are free to try your new Teardrop on the course for up to 60 days. During that time, please look after the club and do not make any modifications or changes to it (such as changing grips, shafts, lie or loft etc). Any modifications or abuse will invalidate your right to return.

If, after 60 days, you don’t love it, we’ll cover the return shipping cost to get it back so you have nothing to lose. Note: This applies to U.S. contiguous 48 only.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your item back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Note the refund will be for the price of the putter only; if you selected a charged-for shipping service during purchase, this will not be refunded.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

US Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping to the 48 contiguous states on all orders over $75. For orders under $75 to those states, it's just $9.99 shipping.

Shipping takes from 1-5 working days. We have distribution centers in both Nevada and North Carolina, so generally shipping is much quicker, but we can't always guarantee our inventory is available in both warehouses.

Need it quicker? We also offer express shipping options, including Express Saver (3 days), 2 Day, and Overnight. Remember, these are all working day services, and the timer doesn't count until the next working day after dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern Time that same day. 

We also offer international shipping. Rates start at just $0. For a confirmed rate, please build your cart and add your shipping address to see your final quote. Note there will be shipping and duties to pay; if these are not quoted at checkout, these will be your responsibility to pay with your local customs/border agency. If they are quoted at checkout, we will be responsible for remitting them on your behalf.

For clubs that we build to order, allow an extra few working days to allow the epoxy to properly cure. We will ship on your selected delivery service once the clubs are ready.
